UI/UX : Cafe Web
A website for Singapore's first newly opened Japanese Train Diorama Themed Cafe, Shinjuku Kissa Tetsudo. It offers specialty coffee from Nagoya, Japan.
Tools Used : Illustrator, Photoshop and InVision.
Situation : The cafe does not have a website, so it relies on its Instagram page alone to share information on its products, services, events and operating hours which is a hassle for customers to scroll through and search.
Solution : Design a well-organised and user-friendly website, providing information on the products and services offered, updates and support. A colourful visual experience that will attract both train enthusiasts and coffee lovers.
The case study was derived from an actual entity and was created for educational purposes only to display my creative skills. The cafe has unfortunately, closed down recently.
If I were to commit fully to this project, I would engaged with the cafe owner to know more about the type of website that he wants and conduct user research to understand what they look for in a website for this cafe.
You may the prototype here on InVision and search for "Sakura Coffee" or view the clip of the process flow here.
