My journey began when my infographic reports caught my manager’s attention, leading me to take on engineering admin work focused on reporting and presentation design.

This opened the door to roles in business operations and customer service, where I developed strong communication, documentation, and user-focused thinking.

Over time, I realised I wanted to apply more creativity in my work. This led me to pursue design, where I combine structure, clarity, and visual storytelling to create meaningful visual experiences.
